Build OKX’s presence across Western crypto communities by developing relationships with KOLs, traders, builders, community leaders, and ecosystem partners. Lead channel activation, ambassador programs, trader groups, partnerships, and community initiatives supporting Web3 product growth. Serve as an external-facing voice, translate product capabilities into market narratives, collect user feedback, and track channel performance against growth, trading volume, revenue, and retention goals.

The Director of Lifecycle Marketing will define and execute the US engagement strategy using AI, leading cross-functional teams while focusing on user behavior and lifecycle stages.

Provide first-line workplace IT support for the New York office and Americas region: device provisioning and lifecycle, user support for collaboration apps, troubleshoot endpoints, networking and access, manage AV/VOIP/printers/CCTV, onboard/offboard users, maintain documentation and SOPs, escalate to global IT for second-line issues, and support security and automation initiatives.
