Provide on-site technical support to end-users: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage user accounts, endpoints, and assets; document tickets; escalate complex problems; assist with tool consolidation and SSO integration.

Manage and grow relationships with existing restaurant clients (15–75 locations). Drive product adoption and upsells, conduct demos, manage renewals and contract negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet revenue and adoption goals.
