The Director of Growth will lead guest acquisition and retention strategies, develop lifecycle programs, and build experimentation roadmaps for scaling Olo Network.

Manage and grow relationships with existing restaurant clients (15–75 locations). Drive product adoption and upsells, conduct demos, manage renewals and contract negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet revenue and adoption goals.
