Lead enterprise sales for customers with 501–5,000 employees, owning revenue targets, forecasting, pipeline health, strategic deals, and CRM discipline. Recruit, coach, and develop Account Executives while establishing performance standards and scalable sales processes. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on pipeline generation, market insights, customer handoffs, and expansion. Requires B2B SaaS sales leadership and familiarity with BI, data analytics, or ETL platforms.

Own the company-wide financial model, including five-year planning, scenario analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance reporting, and commission calculations. Partner with Accounting, Sales, RevOps, and department leaders to maintain accurate financial workflows and support strategic decisions involving pricing, hiring, and investment. This remote role requires strong SaaS financial expertise, advanced modeling skills, and independent execution in a scaling startup.

Lead and grow Omni’s North American Solutions Engineering team. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, resource planning, technical discovery, demos, proofs of concept, playbook development, performance tracking, and executive customer engagement. The manager will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering while remaining hands-on in strategic technical evaluations. Candidates need business intelligence or analytics presales experience, people-management experience, strong SQL and modern data stack familiarity, and excellent communication skills.
