Open the New York market for an AI-native legal services business targeting banks, funds, insurers, and other regulated institutions. Build pipeline from zero, engage senior legal and compliance buyers, run complex enterprise sales cycles, coordinate proposals with lawyers, navigate procurement and security reviews, develop positioning and repeatable sales processes, and establish CRM, reporting, and automation. The role will own the commercial motion and eventually hire and scale the team.

Advise banks, funds, asset managers, and insurers on U.S. and cross-border regulatory, transactional, and structuring matters. Own mandates end-to-end, including analysis, documentation, negotiation, and regulator-facing work. Convert legal expertise into reusable AI-native services by collaborating with engineers, establishing review standards, and productizing precedents and decision logic. Help build the New York practice, develop clients, establish processes, and mentor future lawyers.
