Configure and remediate UKG Pro WFM (Kronos/Dimensions) in healthcare/24/7 settings. Produce design specs, test scripts, and UAT tracking. Coordinate shared builds to avoid rule conflicts. Implement pay rules, accruals, advanced scheduling (self-scheduling, shift bidding, float pools), union/CBA rules, and troubleshoot WFM-to-payroll interfaces.

Lead development and scaling of a partner ecosystem to drive revenue and market expansion. Build partner programs, recruit and enable resellers/integrators, align partner GTM with sales and marketing, negotiate agreements, track KPIs, and represent the company at industry events to optimize partner-driven pipeline and growth.

As an AI/ML Presales Solutions Architect, you will engage with clients to identify problems, create feasible AI solutions, and partner with sales to ensure project delivery aligns with capabilities. You will leverage your extensive experience in AI and cloud platforms to shape presentations and technical discussions with clients.
