Manage strategic customer accounts through onboarding, implementation, data feed configuration, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ongoing success initiatives. Serve as a strategic advisor and escalation point, analyze performance data, advocate for customer needs, improve processes, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive measurable outcomes.

Owns accounting and finance operations, including accounts receivable, collections, payroll, corporate cards, accounts payable, monthly close, reconciliations, cash forecasting, financial systems, controls, and reporting. The role oversees an external accounting partner, improves financial processes, supports audits and tax compliance, and ensures accurate, scalable operations during company growth.

Owns the Member Services knowledge base and end-to-end member journey documentation. Establishes knowledge governance, taxonomy, review cycles, and health reporting; maps cross-functional processes and policies; partners with business and product teams to identify operational pain points and product opportunities; and ensures product changes are reflected across member-facing documentation. The role requires influencing stakeholders without direct reports and supporting both human and AI-enabled service tools.
