Responsibilities include HR business partnering, employee relations, payroll oversight, benefits administration, multi-state employment compliance, HRIS administration, recruitment support, onboarding, learning and development, and workforce reporting. The role serves as the primary US people expert, partnering with managers, employees, vendors, external counsel, and the UK People Team.
