Recruit and negotiate with talent, analyze ROI and acquisition data, guide investment decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop junior team members. The role requires hands-on expertise in creator content, Meta and TikTok advertising, commercial partnerships, talent events, and scaled DTC consumer brands.
