Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities; improve reporting and planning rigor; support growth strategies and product launches; and prepare executive and Board materials with actionable recommendations.

Leads end-to-end technical delivery of AI deployments for financial services customers. Owns roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, execution, production launches, adoption, change management, ROI measurement, and reusable solution patterns. Coordinates Forward Deployed Engineers, researchers, product teams, customer engineers, and executive stakeholders. Requires strong technical fluency, customer-facing leadership, AI/LLM deployment experience, and the ability to manage complex, high-stakes engagements in ambiguous environments.

Lead and grow a Forward Deployed Engineering team to deliver production systems using frontier models. Own end-to-end delivery, codify playbooks and tools, surface field signals to Product and Research, and set high performance standards while operating under pressure and supporting scalable staffing and safe deployments.
