Senior lifecycle leader responsible for strategy, platform, and operating model for owned-channel engagement. Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Marketing to build orchestration tooling, design evergreen journeys across email/push/in-product messaging, establish governance and deployment workflows, and measure incremental impact through experiments and holdouts. Drive portfolio-level optimization, deliverability, localization, and cross-functional alignment to scale lifecycle programs company-wide.
