Responsibilities include audience segmentation, participant recruitment, education, certification, incentives, co-marketing, experimentation, measurement, cross-functional delivery, global market adaptation, and team building. The role owns program strategy, launches pilots, evaluates commercial outcomes, and scales successful approaches across markets.

Build and operate backend services powering OpenAI’s Responses API. Responsibilities include designing developer-facing APIs, enabling agent workflows, improving reliability for long-running requests, optimizing performance and latency, supporting staged launches, and turning production issues and developer feedback into durable improvements. The role requires strong distributed systems, concurrency, asynchronous execution, observability, and production troubleshooting skills, with cross-functional collaboration across research, safety, product, and engineering teams.
