The Software Engineer will contribute to the eLearning platform, work across full stack technologies including both legacy and modern systems, and engage in collaborative development processes following XP practices.

Provide first-line IT support for a remote workforce: troubleshoot hardware/software, manage user accounts and onboarding, resolve Tier 1 tickets, document processes, maintain SLAs, and escalate with clear diagnostic information.

The role involves executing outbound sales strategies, collaborating with Account Executives, and utilizing AI tools for effective prospecting and communication.
