Lead global B2B and corporate communications to position OpenTable as a strategic technology and data partner. Develop and execute communications strategies, manage media and crisis response, oversee partnership and product storytelling (including AI), prepare executives, and enforce governance and KPI reporting tied to business outcomes.

Lead product strategy and roadmap to deeply integrate strategic partners into OpenTable's consumer marketplace. Partner with business development, design, engineering, legal and finance to prioritize and deliver API-driven integrations, run data-driven experimentation, define success metrics, optimize conversion and retention, and communicate roadmaps and results to executives and external stakeholders.

Own vision, strategy, and execution for a major global partnership. Lead complex negotiations and contracting, drive cross-functional delivery with Product/Engineering/Sales/Marketing/Legal/Finance, manage C-suite relationships, build joint business plans and OKRs, resolve complex partner issues, and expand portfolio impact to accelerate OpenTable growth.
