Greet and assist visitors, manage conference room calendars and catering, handle phone routing and building security portal entries, provide in-room technology support, perform general administrative tasks (scanning, filing, presentations), and support ad hoc CSA projects to maintain a professional reception and conference center experience.

Support a Senior Analyst covering electronic components, consumer hardware, and digital media. Conduct company and thematic research, build and maintain integrated 3-statement financial models, manage proprietary data sets and valuation comps, initiate independent research projects under tight deadlines, and communicate clear, evidence-based investment opinions in written reports and internal collaboration.

Review marketing materials for compliance with FINRA and SEC rules, draft disclosures, submit materials to FINRA, and advise advisers on marketing issues.
