Drive churn reduction, loyalty, segmentation, and lifecycle programs through cross-functional collaboration, KPIs, analytics, and BPO/channel management to increase customer lifetime value and improve operational performance.

Lead the strategy and delivery of AI solutions for contact centers, enhancing customer experience and agent productivity through AI and automation.
