Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance, collect payments, schedule appointments, manage medical records and correspondence, process walk-ins, support clinical team, and cover other offices as needed. Cross-training as a medical assistant and adherence to payment security and Lean processes required.

Greet and register patients, verify insurance, schedule and confirm appointments, manage phone lines and work queues, assist with pre-certification paperwork, maintain records and HIPAA compliance, open/close clinic, and support providers to meet clinical, financial, and service goals. May float to other offices and travel for coverage.

Serve as the primary relationship leader for a strategic OptumRx client, driving account retention and growth through multi-year strategy, executive engagement, cross-functional coordination, contract compliance, financial oversight, and delivery of clinical and digital innovations to improve member experience and pharmacy outcomes.
