Own owned-channel conversion and lifecycle programs (email, website, SEO) to convert demand into qualified leads and pipeline. Run A/B tests, optimize landing pages, partner with Demand Gen, Content, Sales and RevOps to measure and improve MQL-to-opportunity conversion and pipeline contribution.

The VP of People will lead the People function, set organizational priorities, and strengthen management capabilities while ensuring alignment with business strategy in a scaling company.
