Build and maintain frontend, backend, APIs, data services, integrations, and internal tools supporting customers and agents. Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, testing, documentation, and developer workflows. Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to scope and deliver projects. Participate in on-call rotations, own deployed systems, review code, and use AI coding tools effectively.

Associate General Counsel will advise Orchard across commercial, regulatory, real estate, mortgage, title, privacy, and information-security matters. Responsibilities include negotiating partnerships, supporting mortgage and title businesses, guiding product and engineering teams, managing regulatory expansion and inquiries, overseeing outside counsel, and assisting with financings. The role requires independent judgment, strong contract and regulatory experience, and collaboration across a fast-growing, highly regulated business.
