Lead client implementation projects from inception through deployment, managing scope, resources, deliverables, budgets, timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and project reporting. Maintain project artifacts and implementation data in Salesforce, coordinate internal and external meetings, identify expansion opportunities, and support change-order pricing and Statements of Work. Projects may support RMIS, GRC, EHS, and healthcare SaaS products.

Modernize legacy .NET and C# systems by reducing technical debt, refactoring monoliths into microservices, and re-platforming applications onto AWS cloud-native architectures. Build APIs, containerized services, infrastructure as code, and modern data migration workflows. Apply AI-assisted development tools for code analysis, refactoring, testing, and documentation while promoting simplicity, observability, scalability, and sound engineering standards.

Builds and ships user-facing product experiences and integrations using low-code, no-code, and AI-assisted development tools. Translates stakeholder needs into maintainable solutions, integrates platform services and APIs, applies authentication, security, privacy, and compliance controls, and partners with Product, Architecture, DevOps, Security, and QA. The role also defines testing, telemetry, documentation, runbooks, acceptance criteria, and post-launch product health metrics.
