Manages insurance compliance reviews for commercial real estate loan portfolios, including policy documentation, third-party reports, flood determinations, premiums, waivers, and remediation of non-compliant coverage. Maintains lender and investor requirements, monitors deadlines, supports audits, and communicates with borrowers, agents, and internal stakeholders. Provides leadership, training, quality checks, workflow assistance, and direction to junior analysts while ensuring accurate and timely servicing operations.

Participate in a 12-month analyst development program focused on commercial real estate, credit analysis, and finance. Perform transaction financial analysis, prepare credit profiles, mortgage insurance applications, presentations, pitch books, and related materials. Support originators and underwriters throughout due diligence and deal execution, interact with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Participants must be based in New York City or Columbus, Ohio, with potential permanent placement across production, credit, or asset management.

Coordinate and manage multifamily loan transactions from application through rate lock, closing, funding, and post-closing delivery for agency and bridge products. Prepare commitments, funding packages, and closing documents; coordinate with borrowers, title, counsel, warehouse lenders, and agencies; maintain transaction records, resolve issues, ensure compliance with investor/agency/warehouse requirements, and support process improvements.
