The Director of Project Management will lead a team in executing complex creative workflows across brands, ensuring alignment and innovation while managing global initiatives.

Support planning, execution, and optimization of email and SMS CRM campaigns. Manage CRM calendar, segment data, build and schedule campaigns, analyze performance, support loyalty operations in Yotpo, maintain database health, and collaborate with creative, marketing, product, and customer service teams to improve engagement and retention.

Lead CRM and loyalty strategy across three beauty brands: build segmentation frameworks, design and optimize loyalty program and rewards, manage marketing calendar and points liability, deliver reporting and personalization, and partner cross-functionally to drive retention and LTV.

Manage day-to-day office operations, workplace experience, and events while supporting People & Culture processes including interview coordination, onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, HR records (UKG), payroll/benefits support, and employee engagement initiatives. Serve as primary office contact, partner with vendors and building management, and improve processes to ensure a welcoming, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Own retail performance across assigned territory (Ulta, Sephora, department stores), drive sales via strategic store planning, education, and events, recruit and manage Retail Sales Specialists, ensure visual merchandising and brand standards, complete reporting and budgets, and build strong retail partnerships to meet territory sales goals.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and Chairman, managing complex global calendars, travel and expenses, board meetings, confidential communications, executive materials, and cross-functional coordination while representing executives professionally.

Create storytelling-led, platform-optimized video content from raw footage through final delivery. Edit, color grade, add motion graphics and titles, manage media and file workflows, support VFX and audio, and collaborate with creative teams to meet brand specs and deadlines.

Act as a strategic People & Culture business partner to leaders, driving performance management, talent review, succession planning, change management, and employee relations. Design and deliver learning & development and leadership programs, measure program impact, and coach managers to build high-performing teams and strong workplace culture aligned with business goals.

Drive content and SEO strategy for DTC ecommerce across multiple beauty brands. Own content planning, briefs, workflows, and AI-scalable content production. Optimize PDPs, landing pages, blogs, and FAQs for search and emerging AI/LLM surfaces. Partner with Creative, CRM, Ecommerce, and agencies; track SEO performance and reporting to inform optimizations.

Manage end-to-end creative projects for Laura Mercier: plan scope, timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinate cross-functional teams; track intake and priorities in Asana; surface risks and implement mitigation; optimize creative operations and implement AI-enabled workflows; oversee digital and tactical requests and conduct post-project retrospectives to improve processes and delivery quality.
