Support day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations for BareMinerals and Buxom across US, CA, and MX. Manage catalog, listings, inventory health, promotional execution, product detail optimization (images, A+ Content, copy), liaise with Amazon and agencies, coordinate launches and assets, monitor performance and compliance, and support cross-functional teams to drive Amazon business growth.

Leads North American direct-to-consumer eCommerce strategy, revenue growth, P&L management, site conversion, performance marketing, social commerce, SEO, CRM, loyalty, retention, analytics, and customer insights. Builds and coaches a high-performing eCommerce team while collaborating across marketing, finance, operations, IT, creative, demand planning, and customer experience. Represents the function to senior leadership and board-level audiences.

Lead FP&A for supply chain: own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, KPI design, and reporting. Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive cost savings and value creation, and mentor finance team members while advising senior leadership on strategic decisions.
