Provides customer-facing operational and transactional support to financial professionals. Responsibilities include answering questions, supporting account opening, reviewing paperwork, maintaining electronic client files, coordinating transactions with financial institutions, ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines, and improving processes. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and client service skills are required. A FINRA Series 7 license and financial services experience are preferred.

Provides customer-facing support to financial professionals, handling inquiries, account openings, transaction processing, paperwork review, client documentation, and coordination with clearing firms, fund companies, and carriers. Ensures accurate, timely execution of operational activities, maintains client satisfaction, follows regulatory procedures, and recommends process improvements. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail are required. Financial services experience and FINRA Series 7 licensing are preferred.
