Manages and negotiates healthcare provider contracts across an assigned region, supporting network growth, adequacy, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and provider issue resolution. Analyzes provider financial performance, contracts, claims, rosters, and competitor strategies to inform negotiations. Collaborates with provider services and market leadership, monitors network compliance, develops corrective action plans, and executes contracting strategies while meeting outreach and contract completion metrics.

Owns and executes full-cycle executive searches, including sourcing strategy, candidate development, hiring-manager calibration, assessments, client updates, interviews, reference checks, and complex executive compensation negotiations. The recruiter will lead VP-level searches, advise hiring leaders using data insights, develop staffing strategies, and support the Senior Director of Executive Recruiting. The role is hybrid in New York City.

Manages business development and strategic relationships with CHOICE Arrangements administrators, brokers, and distribution partners. Serves as a subject matter expert on ICHRA products, regulations, and value propositions; delivers partner education, supports sales enablement, reports market performance, communicates partner feedback, and represents Oscar at industry events. Ensures compliant product distribution while driving adoption and growth across national markets.
