Analyzes departmental data and metrics to evaluate performance and improve operations. Designs workflows and operating procedures, supports strategic initiatives, and mentors team members. The role requires experience with project management, process improvement methodologies, data analysis tools, and health insurance enrollment and billing knowledge.

Designs and delivers bilingual English and Spanish sales training and enablement programs for internal teams, agents, brokers, and partners. Creates training content, demos, webinars, onboarding programs, and carrier resources; facilitates interactive learning; coaches sales professionals; tracks webinar performance; and partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve agent performance, platform adoption, win rates, and deal velocity.
