Analyze healthcare, financial, and utilization data to identify inefficiencies, support data-driven decisions, maintain dashboards, build analytical models, communicate insights, and monitor improvement initiatives across the organization.

Designs and maintains utilization management authorization workflows, rules, and automations. Translates business requirements into technical specifications, investigates system escalations through root-cause analysis, identifies workflow improvement opportunities, and develops testing protocols. Serves as the subject matter expert for the UM system, educates cross-functional teams, manages project tasks and caseloads, and documents business rules and workflow designs. Requires healthcare industry experience and strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Lead and scale an escalated provider issue resolution function for strategic accounts: build operating models, manage a multidisciplinary team, coordinate cross-functional resolution, analyze root causes and drive remediation, create executive reporting, and serve as senior escalation leader.
