Entry-level rotational sales role supporting JLG’s North American Field Sales team. Responsibilities include learning sales functions, entering orders, handling customer calls, coordinating across departments, supporting machine configuration, analyzing regional sales and order data, and completing administrative tasks. The role involves extensive customer relationship building and 50–70% travel, with rotations through sales, marketing, finance, purchasing, and manufacturing.

Administer, configure, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC environments, including architecture, security, performance tuning, integrations, upgrades, deployments, and lifecycle management. Manage incidents and changes using ITIL, ensure high availability and disaster recovery, troubleshoot complex issues, lead CNC projects, collaborate with infrastructure and database teams, and mentor team members. The role requires 24/7 operational support, including occasional night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

The Business Development Manager will drive demand for Liftpod products, develop relationships, organize demos, and implement sales strategies in North America.
