Provide high-trust support to the CEO and executive team by managing calendar, travel, communications, vendor and expense workflows; plan company events and off-sites; prepare meeting materials and follow-ups; serve as a point of contact; and build processes to improve executive operations.

The Founding Software Engineer will architect and own core systems, build microservices, enhance customer profiles with RAG pipelines, and collaborate directly with the founding team.

Build and improve production AI/data pipelines, design model evaluation workflows and Jupyter analyses, add observability to AI systems, experiment with models/retrieval/prompt architectures, integrate and abstract AI APIs, and help define inference serving, fine-tuning, and dataset-generation infrastructure.
