Lead post-sales operations and programs to drive customer retention, adoption, renewal forecasting, and expansion. Design AI-driven processes and agentic workflows (including Claude), run renewal forecast cadence, build digital/tech-touch strategies, turn health-scoring and customer data into action, and partner with CS, Product, and Revenue leadership. Manage and grow a team while measuring impact and improving customer lifecycle outcomes.

Lead product marketing for Outreach's AI-enabled revenue platform: develop messaging, conduct market/customer research, own sales enablement assets, and execute go-to-market plans across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead post-sale product marketing for the install base: identify underused features, create adoption campaigns and in-app/email content, enable Customer Success with playbooks, track adoption metrics, map onboarding journeys, surface expansion signals, and support product launch communications to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
