Serve as the studiofront-of-house and executive support for the founder. Welcome guests, manage phones, mail, supplies, and conference rooms. Provide calendar, travel, expense, and correspondence support with discretion. Coordinate vendors, building management, onboarding, and events to keep office operations smooth and client meetings well staged.

Coordinate multiple high-end residential and commercial interior design projects from design development through installation. Maintain schedules, manage clients, contractors, vendors, and FF&E logistics; lead site visits and meetings; review construction documents; track budgets and prepare client reports.
