Lead daily operations of the summer centre at Long Island University, overseeing student welfare, staffing, activities, accommodation, transportation, finances and quality control. Manage and motivate staff, conduct inductions and briefings, liaise with group leaders and TMU, respond to emergencies, maintain discipline and safety, and ensure programmes run within budget and client expectations.
