Founding Marketing Lead will own go-to-market, positioning, and content to drive product success. Responsibilities include market research, messaging, launches, sales enablement, cross-functional collaboration, and creating content (blogs, demos, website) to support growth at an early-stage AI-insurance startup.

Owner of post-deployment customer success for a portfolio of insurers: investigate and debug AI agent behavior, triage integrations, design practical solutions with customers, partner with Product and Engineering, and build the Customer Engineering function including playbooks and escalation paths.

Partner with large enterprise insurance customers to expand use cases, build solutions in the product, ship features, integrations and evaluations, and collaborate with engineering to unblock and scale customer deployments. Serve as a customer-facing engineer focused on delivering mission-critical applied-AI solutions.

Own end-to-end product design and ship production-quality UI by prototyping in code. Independently implement UI/UX fixes, build and maintain a cohesive design system, collaborate with users and stakeholders, and iterate rapidly on an AI-native insurance product.
