The Director of Engineering will lead and scale engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery while transitioning to an AI-first engineering culture. Responsibilities include managing teams, evolving engineering processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive predictable execution.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex, long-running private-asset workflows. Create the platform's first AI-native interaction patterns, design dense financial data interfaces, shape an extensible design system, and collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship polished, production-ready experiences.

Own end-to-end product surface including strategy, discovery, delivery, and post-launch iteration. Drive commercial outcomes (adoption, revenue, margin), run user-centered discovery, partner with engineering/design and GTM, and apply AI to product and workflows in a regulated, data-sensitive environment. Own post-sale relationships for institutional private credit clients, driving retention, adoption, and expansion. Lead executive reviews, monitor account health, surface growth opportunities, and align internal teams using data and AI-enabled tools.

Hands-on Senior DevSecOps Engineer responsible for designing and securing AWS infrastructure using IaC, improving CI/CD and developer experience, embedding security controls for SOC 2 readiness, building observability and on-call practices, and driving BC/DR and resilience across production systems.

Lead design and implementation of Playwright-based E2E test frameworks, build scalable TypeScript/JavaScript test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, validate distributed systems and data integrity, introduce AI-assisted test generation, mentor engineers, and improve test reliability and observability across financial workflows.

Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of institutional private credit clients, driving retention, adoption, and expansion. Lead executive reviews and joint planning, monitor account health, surface risks and opportunities, and use data and AI-enabled tools to prioritize and grow accounts. Align internal teams and optimize outcomes across your book.
