Drive client adoption of PactFi’s private credit platform through onboarding, training, product launches, and ongoing support. Diagnose workflow and product issues, resolve client questions, escalate complex technical problems, synthesize client feedback for Product and Engineering, and improve scalable client-facing processes, documentation, playbooks, tooling, and automation. The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, analytical problem-solving, and comfort supporting sophisticated financial institutions.

Lead a product squad in designing, building, and operating full-stack web applications. Own architecture, data models, APIs, interfaces, production support, technical standards, reliability, observability, and technical debt reduction. Mentor engineers, conduct code and architecture reviews, break down initiatives, and guide delivery. Partner with engineering, product, and QA leaders to shape requirements, manage risks, improve quality, and align technical decisions with business goals.

Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of institutional private credit clients, driving retention, adoption, and expansion. Lead executive reviews and joint planning, monitor account health, surface risks and opportunities, and use data and AI-enabled tools to prioritize and grow accounts. Align internal teams and optimize outcomes across your book.
