Lead BIM coordination and digital delivery for complex, multidisciplinary projects: manage BIM execution, model quality, coordination workflows, tool setup (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC), mentor junior staff, run QA/QC and drawing review, and contribute to standards and process improvements.

Lead multidisciplinary mechanical engineering projects from design through construction. Deliver HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy-modeling solutions; prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports; coordinate teams and clients; perform site visits; oversee quality management; mentor staff; and may serve as Project Manager or Engineer of Record.

Lead design and integration of telecom, audiovisual, security, and healthcare technology systems. Produce deliverables (narratives, calculations, drawings, specifications), manage project schedules and budgets, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, perform site visits, oversee equipment selection and cost opinions, ensure code and standards compliance, mentor staff, and develop client relationships.
