Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution to scale Pagaya's white-label lending network. Build passive pipelines, partner with senior stakeholders, maintain Greenhouse ATS data hygiene, adopt AI/automation for sourcing, deliver market and compensation insights, mentor early-career programs, and drive employer brand and closing strategies.

Lead cross-functional capital markets initiatives from strategy to execution, manage rating agency and investor relationships, improve secondary market liquidity, and drive automation and AI-enabled workflows for reporting, cash flow analysis, and dashboards.

Lead commercial strategy and revenue operations, bridge sales and AI/product teams, drive cross-functional initiatives, build scalable CRM/reporting frameworks, support executive decision-making, and accelerate partnership and revenue growth.

Lead go-to-market and partner development for Personal Loans and Point-of-Sale products. Own end-to-end enterprise sales, build C-level relationships, close complex deals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to launch AI-driven consumer lending integrations and scale market presence.
