The Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving upselling and strategic account planning. The role involves engaging with C-level executives and collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage a portfolio of existing SaaS customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Develop account plans, negotiate renewals, monitor customer health using analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and grow revenue.

Own and grow Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) accounts by driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion. Build senior relationships, execute strategic account plans, and drive adoption of PagerDuty Operations Cloud and AIOps. Manage complex, long-cycle federal sales, coordinate technical validation and POCs, maintain forecasts in Salesforce using MEDDICC, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Renewals to ensure retention and ROI.
