Support social media publishing, scheduling, community engagement, short-form video production, filming logistics, performance reporting, administrative tasks, and project coordination across multiple digital media brands. Maintain content calendars, prepare captions and publishing details, coordinate with editors and partners, track deadlines, organize footage, monitor analytics, and troubleshoot production or publishing issues. The role is full-time, in person, in New York City.

Lead sales and business development for Palette’s marketing services, building the sales playbook, pipeline, pricing strategy, forecasting, and revenue processes. Secure new client opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate deals, manage executive relationships, and coordinate campaign handoffs. The role also involves hiring and coaching sales representatives, tracking performance KPIs, and establishing scalable systems for growth across brands, agencies, and media partners.

Leads strategic communications for brands, institutions, and public figures across corporate affairs, politics, media, and the creator economy. Develops narrative, reputation, crisis, and integrated communications strategies spanning earned, owned, creator, and emerging digital channels. Advises senior stakeholders, oversees campaigns and strategic deliverables, manages high-stakes moments, and contributes to business development and thought leadership.
