Manage and grow a named book of 100–120 strategic agency partners. Build account plans, joint pipeline targets, certification milestones, MDF deployment, and tier graduation paths. Execute co-marketing and verticalized GTM motions, resolve partner friction across functions, and feed field insights to evolve program policies and playbooks.

Lead product and UX/UI strategy for a major SaaS product area; design and deliver high-fidelity experiences, evolve design systems, conduct user research, define success metrics, mentor designers, and drive product vision and organizational design maturity. Represent Pantheon externally and incorporate AI-driven features into product workflows.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the architecture and development of a real-time content platform, working on both backend and frontend systems while mentoring team members and collaborating with product and design teams.
