Lead intake, design, build, and delivery of governed enterprise AI solutions across business units. Triage requests, recommend technical paths, manage MCP/API integrations, develop prompts/knowledge architectures, build lightweight internal AI tools, maintain SharePoint skills library, and align deployments with IT, security, and governance requirements.

Own retailer onboarding and weekly scan-data submission health, serve as primary contact for retailers and CPG partners (Altria, RJR), publish weekly health dashboards, coordinate engineering and customer success, route and track issues to closure, and enforce ticket-based workflows.

Design, automate, and support AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS) platform. Build IaC with OpenTofu/Terraform, manage GitOps deployments with Argo CD/Helm, develop automation in Python, implement monitoring in Datadog, troubleshoot production incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and improve CI/CD, security, and operational readiness.
