Teams at Parabola

Lead Parabola’s marketing function by setting strategy, managing the budget, building a high-performing team, and driving Prowork’s positioning, launch, brand, awareness, and pipeline growth. The role partners closely with Sales, Product, and executives; oversees vendors and contractors; manages marketing technology, attribution, forecasting, and ROI reporting; and communicates performance to leadership and the board.

Own Parabola’s marketing strategy, budget, messaging, positioning, go-to-market execution, demand generation, brand, and pipeline growth. Lead a small marketing team while managing contractors and vendors, optimize marketing technology, attribution, forecasting, and ROI measurement, and partner with Sales, Product, and executive leadership. Support the launch and continued growth of the Prowork product while communicating marketing performance to executives and board members.

Build and operate reliable, scalable infrastructure and backend systems. Define and monitor SLOs and SLAs, manage on-call operations, improve observability, performance, security, developer experience, and technical processes. Contribute to Temporal-based workflow orchestration, advise backend projects, manage AWS infrastructure, and support system scalability as the customer base grows.
