Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for healthcare equipment providers using the Parachute digital platform. Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, drive product activation, deliver partner training, support technical integrations, analyze performance data, and identify process improvements. Collaborate with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to guide digital transformation, launch new features, and improve platform adoption and patient-care workflows.

Leads and scales Parachute Health’s revenue enablement function across internal sales teams, customer-facing groups, and external partners. Responsibilities include managing the enablement team, building onboarding and certification programs, improving seller productivity, developing playbooks and content systems, coaching sales leaders, driving HubSpot adoption, and measuring enablement impact through ramp time, quota attainment, pipeline conversion, and content usage.

Senior individual-contributor analyst leading end-to-end, high-stakes analyses, designing dashboards and reporting, mentoring analysts, applying statistical methods and causal inference, partnering with analytics engineering to shape warehouse models, and translating findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
