Lead the technical strategy and architecture for a scalable clinical data platform. Drive cross-team engineering initiatives, redesign legacy data pipelines, build batch and streaming systems, develop deployment and self-service tooling, improve monitoring, manage data models and governance, ensure privacy and security, and mentor engineers. Partner with product, AI, infrastructure, health systems integration, and business intelligence teams to deliver reliable, extensible data capabilities.

Owns revenue recognition and accounting operations for complex clinical trial contracts, including NetSuite ARM, ASC 606 compliance, journal entries, reconciliations, billing, collections, accounts payable, month-end close, and audit management. The role also supports internal controls, financial reporting, system optimization, and cross-functional contract and milestone tracking in a life sciences environment.

Manages strategic relationships with health system and provider partners, ensuring engagement, adoption, satisfaction, renewals, upsells, and measurable clinical research outcomes. Coordinates cross-functional teams across clinical, sales, marketing, product, engineering, and compliance. Advocates for customer needs, facilitates research partnerships and network programming, supports contracting, and drives patient-impact and account-performance goals.
