Manages strategic relationships with health system and provider partners, ensuring engagement, adoption, satisfaction, renewals, upsells, and measurable clinical research outcomes. Coordinates cross-functional teams across clinical, sales, marketing, product, engineering, and compliance. Advocates for customer needs, facilitates research partnerships and network programming, supports contracting, and drives patient-impact and account-performance goals.
