Own technical product enablement for go-to-market teams by building product bootcamps, technical training, demos, evaluation templates, and reusable collateral. Partner with engineering, marketing, and deployed engineering to translate product capabilities and customer learnings into scalable resources. Spend approximately 80% of time on enablement and 20% supporting live deals. Explain complex technical products clearly, write code, understand customer challenges, and help sales teams succeed.

Join Parallel’s deployed engineering team to work directly with customers, understand their products and use cases, maximize adoption of Parallel’s API, and help customers scale successfully. This hands-on, customer-facing engineering role requires deep API expertise, strong customer partnership, and ownership of real-world customer outcomes. The position is fully in-person between the Palo Alto headquarters and San Francisco office.

Lead Parallel’s enterprise sales team while carrying an individual pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals. Build sales playbooks, coach and ramp representatives, recruit talent, and scale the team. Own pipeline coverage, ramp time, and win rates while navigating security reviews, procurement, legal negotiations, and multi-stakeholder buying committees. Partner with GTM and Recruiting leadership on segmentation and team development. The role is fully in-person in Palo Alto or San Francisco.
