Manage software-related IT projects and administer lifecycle of 40+ software tools, including procurement, contracts, invoicing, license/user administration, budgeting, vendor coordination, and cybersecurity alignment. Lead IT Steering Committee activities, gather requirements, evaluate vendors, onboard tools, and report on usage, renewals, and project status to stakeholders.

Serve as site safety lead for NJ Surface Alignment Package 3 of the Gateway Program.
