Lead and coordinate change management across all Hudson Tunnel Project packages: evaluate scope/schedule/cost changes, manage Notice of Proposed Changes log, support Contractor-Initiated Change Order reviews, develop negotiation strategies with program and SEP teams, maintain version control and change records, contribute to reporting dashboards, and drive continuous improvement of change control processes and tools.

Serve as site safety lead for the Gateway Program NJ Surface Alignment, overseeing DB contractor and subcontractor safety compliance. Develop safety culture, review safety submittals, lead observations and meetings, investigate incidents 24/7, and support GDC safety guidelines across heavy civil rail, transit, and tunnel work.

Lead mechanical design, analysis, inspection, and construction for heavy movable bridge structures and systems. Provide technical leadership, produce plans/calculations/specifications/estimates, manage project quality, budgets, and junior staff, and coordinate with stakeholders for rehabilitation and new movable bridge projects.

Lead electronic and physical document control for rail/transit projects: maintain file archives, perform QC, scan and name files per conventions, manage as-built and closeout records, coordinate onboarding with project teams and IT.

Coordinate design activities, procurement, contract administration, and document control for a major rail infrastructure program. Evaluate procedures, identify gaps and risks, produce corrective action plans, manage USDOT/FTA/FRA audit responses, and monitor implementation. Serve as site safety lead for the SEP on the NJ Surface Alignment Package, managing safety inspectors and culture, ensuring contractor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and HASP/security plans, reviewing safety submittals, conducting safety meetings/toolbox talks, and responding to, reporting, and investigating incidents to completion while supporting GDC programmatic safety guidelines.

Lead multi-discipline design teams for large rail and transit design-build projects. Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, QA/QC, safety, stakeholder coordination, contract terms, and delivery from concept through final design to meet client and contractual requirements.

Support rail infrastructure project delivery by preparing and maintaining project documents and records, coordinating with teams and subcontractors, managing submittals/RFIs/change orders, reviewing drawings and specifications, supporting quality control, and aligning office activities with field construction milestones.

Serve as site safety lead for NJ Surface Alignment Package 3 of the Gateway Program. Lead operational planning and delivery for complex rail and transit programs, overseeing migrations, control systems, SOPs, control center design, performance metrics, client engagement, business development, and project team leadership across major rail projects.

Lead systems integration and vehicle-infrastructure compatibility for transit vehicle and signaling programs. Manage technical design reviews, interface engineering, testing and commissioning, stakeholder coordination, and implementation planning across owners, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Leads migration/cutover strategies, implementation of train control and rolling stock programs, prepares SOPs and operational documentation, oversees control center and HMI design, monitors performance, manages teams, coordinates stakeholders, and supports proposals and strategic growth initiatives across North America and globally.
