Lead and coordinate change management across all Hudson Tunnel Project packages: evaluate scope/schedule/cost changes, manage Notice of Proposed Changes log, support Contractor-Initiated Change Order reviews, develop negotiation strategies with program and SEP teams, maintain version control and change records, contribute to reporting dashboards, and drive continuous improvement of change control processes and tools.

Lead and manage large-scale Design-Build projects (APD) from pursuit through execution. Oversee budgets, schedules, scope, client relations, QA/QC, safety, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop project plans, negotiate scope changes, and ensure technical and commercial performance.

Develop, resource/cost load, update and maintain detailed CPM baseline schedules in Primavera P6 for heavy civil, tunneling and rail projects. Produce cashflow forecasts, collect field progress data, support change order and claims management, analyze delays and recovery plans, interface with project teams, and mentor junior staff.
