Develop, maintain, and update detailed Primavera P6 CPM baseline and progress schedules for heavy civil rail/tunnel construction. Resource/cost load schedules, produce cashflow forecasts, analyze delays and impacts, support change order and claims management, and coordinate with project teams to develop recovery plans and provide schedule data for estimating and invoicing.

Manage permitting compliance for the Hudson Tunnel/Gateway Program: implement and monitor permit mitigation measures, maintain tracking program, prepare permit applications/modifications, ensure permit condition compliance during design/construction, lead multidisciplinary teams, serve as water/wetlands expert, and coordinate with regulatory agencies and program partners.

Manages medium- to large-scale rail facility and ADA upgrade projects in New York City, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, design-build delivery, quality, safety, procurement, construction coordination, client relationships, and project teams. The role manages projects up to $250 million, leads change management and performance reporting, negotiates with clients and subcontractors, and ensures contractual, technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements are met.
