Manage an assigned portfolio of clients for factoring and asset-based lending: monitor financial condition, underwrite and structure deals, ensure compliance and legal documentation, control risk and profitability, resolve service issues, propose process improvements, and operate within budget to meet profit objectives.

Manage and streamline operational and compliance review processes for partner activities. Develop and maintain review schedules, work papers, procedures, and training. Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials and partner practices meet Pathward, network, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor tools, update documentation, and support implementation and continuous improvement.

Investigate customer and transactional activity to identify suspicious behavior, file SARs and CTRs with regulators, maintain workload and quality standards, handle related customer calls, and support compliance processes.
