Leads the financial institution solutions business, driving prepaid card sales, partnerships, relationship management, retention, and growth strategies. Oversees a sales and relationship management team, establishes KPIs, forecasts performance, reports to senior leadership, develops acquisition strategies, represents the company at industry events, negotiates contracts, supports budgeting, and collaborates with product, marketing, legal, and client success teams.

Leads the high-risk customer review team conducting enhanced due diligence under BSA/AML requirements. Manages analysts, workload planning, performance metrics, quality control, escalations, process improvements, audit and exam support, and reporting. Partners with business units to assess customer risk, investigate financial crime red flags, and support appropriate referrals. Requires five or more years of BSA/AML compliance experience, high-risk customer EDD expertise, people leadership, and a bachelor’s degree.

Performs quality assurance reviews of second-line financial crimes compliance work across BSA/AML, sanctions, and fraud. Evaluates casework, risk judgments, oversight, escalation, governance, and regulatory alignment. Conducts thematic reviews, identifies systemic weaknesses, documents findings, assigns severity ratings, tracks remediation, supports regulatory exams, and provides independent challenge. Uses analytical skills and reporting tools to improve oversight consistency and risk management.
