The Fullstack Engineer will build customer-facing communication features for Recura, integrating backend services with frontend experiences across messaging workflows.

Lead product direction for an AI-powered growth and patient engagement platform, owning the roadmap across AI, voice, messaging, scheduling, and payments. Translate customer insights and business priorities into PRDs, user stories, and releases; partner with engineering and exec leadership; run customer discovery and market analysis; map workflows; monitor product metrics for adoption and retention; and manage dependencies, tradeoffs, and scalable product processes.

Build and maintain fullstack messaging and communication features for Recura, including inboxes, message threading, conversation state, automation triggers, and integrations between backend services and frontend experiences. Ensure reliability of event-driven flows, collaborate with infrastructure and product engineers, and participate in on-call incident response.
