Conducts market, competitor, industry, and client research to support business development and strategic growth initiatives. Produces actionable intelligence reports, tracks market trends, identifies business opportunities, prepares client biographies, and supports pitches and practice initiatives. Collaborates with business development, marketing, attorneys, and research teams while using legal and financial research platforms to analyze complex information.

Prepares federal, state, local, and international tax schedules, partnership and nonresident partner tax calculations, quarterly projections, withholding calculations, and tax reconciliations. Analyzes financial data, reconciles general ledger accounts, researches tax law changes, performs quality assurance, maintains partner tax records, and supports ad hoc tax requests. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Designs, implements, operates, and optimizes global WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, QoS, and hybrid cloud networks across Azure and AWS. Troubleshoots performance issues, maintains uptime and security compliance, configures monitoring and high-availability systems, supports infrastructure projects and cloud migrations, and serves as an escalation point for complex incidents. The role also documents network environments, collaborates with distributed teams and vendors, mentors junior engineers, and participates in on-call and change-management activities.
