The role owns technical strategy and delivery outcomes, emphasizing performance, accessibility, interaction quality, reusable systems, and thoughtful prioritization. It also involves mentoring engineers, clarifying ambiguous problems, and contributing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Design and implement scalable backend systems and enterprise-ready features for Pave’s Market Pricing platform. Own the full development lifecycle, collaborate with customers and stakeholders, solve ambiguous problems, monitor releases, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and improve engineering standards while prioritizing performance, reliability, and robust system design.
