Lead the consolidation of six operating companies onto the ClinicMind EHR platform. Manage implementation timelines, vendors, integrations, referral and scheduling portals, AI receptionist deployment, data migration, testing, risk tracking, executive reporting, go-live readiness, and stabilization. Coordinate technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders while ensuring data integrity, compliance, standardized workflows, and minimal disruption.

Build and expand healthcare referral partnerships across community organizations, providers, hospitals, FQHCs, and behavioral health networks. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and territory planning while managing partner relationships, onboarding, retention, and referral growth. Educate partners on behavioral health, workers’ compensation, IME, TMS, and specialty services. Maintain CRM pipelines, track performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide field intelligence. The role is field-based and requires frequent local and regional travel.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including processing mail, maintaining electronic and paper records, scanning and filing documents, data entry, answering phones, ordering supplies, and organizing office spaces. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
